Conscious Motion

Linking Hatha yoga with movement, our minds and our breath we create a balanced flow. We start slowly focusing on our breathing and settling in. We will increase our efforts to standing and balancing poses. Working on core, asana, twists and other traditional poses. This class is for everyone as we encourage yogis to listen to and respect the needs of their bodies.
