Looking for your textual tribe? Join Mind-Body-Yoga-Book Club at Yoga for Life on the 2nd Sunday of each month 3:30-5:00 pm. Rather you’re a book warrior or doing warrior pose, you are welcome to breath, move and read with us!

Come join us for terrific discussions around books and yoga. Mind-Body-Yoga-Book Club meet monthly, September through May. This is a free event for 18 or older. New members are welcome, you don’t have to read between the spines to join, but our novel concepts will enlighten within. There’s something magical about sharing yoga and books with friends!

All-levels yoga class will incorporate floor work, standing, and balance postures, and use a variety of props. While some aspects of the class may be more challenging and create “heat,” the goal of this class is accessibility. First half is yoga, second half is the book discussion. Wear clothing that is easy to move in, bring your mat and a snack.
