I believe each time you come to the mat is a unique opportunity for exploration of breath, movement, and the nurturing of the mind-body-soul connection. I strive to provide a warm and inclusive space that allows students to focus on quieting the chatter of the mind and focusing on intentions that are meaningful to them – on and off the mat.  I became a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor through Peak Beings Yoga in 2012 and I teach predominantly in the vinyasa yoga style.  While I come into each class prepared with a theme or series of poses, I also pay close attention to the energy level and experience of my students when establishing the pace and difficulty of the class. I offer modifications for poses to support students in having a safe, beneficial, and rewarding practice.
