Join us for an invigorating practice to help strengthen your mind and body.  This power hour will be full of energizing poses that will be sure to heat you up and have those muscles working.  Class will end with a relaxing savasana to leave you feeling more grounded as you head out to finish your day. 

Haley Ball, 200RYT

Yoga found me while I was a student in college.  Continuing my practice since college and through prenatal, with PiYo, hot yoga, & restorative classes.  Slowing down in yoga, noticing the feelings, provides me a chance to focus on my mind & body coming together.  I also like the intensity that a power class can provide.  The challenge of zoning in on the breath helps to make tough holds in poses more enjoyable.  I am a ACE certified fitness instructor and decided in 2019 that yoga was my path. Graduating with my 200RYT from Shanti Yoga School.  My teachings styles are Power Vinyasa and Gentle Flow.  My personal mantra is “Just Breathe.” One of my favorite things  is to swim in and be by the ocean.
