Unwind and Find Focus: Slow Flow Yoga for Presence and Awareness

This class is designed to cultivate presence and awareness, the hallmarks of a mindful yoga practice. Through a series of alignment-based, slow-flow postures, we’ll create a space for inner exploration and deepen our connection to the breath and body.

What to expect:

  • Focus on Alignment: Each pose will be broken down with clear instructions on proper form, ensuring a safe and effective practice.
  • Slow and Steady Flow: We’ll move intentionally and with control, allowing you to truly feel each movement and its impact on your body.
  • Breathwork (Pranayama): We’ll integrate mindful breathing techniques to calm the mind and amplify your focus.
  • Cultivating Awareness: By connecting breath with movement, you’ll develop a heightened sense of body awareness, both on and off the mat.
