The combination of flexing and stretching muscles relieves tension, contributes to body awareness and overall good health. Over time, yoga can help you become more flexible, so you don’t have to be Gumby-like to start! In this class we will practice yoga poses, build strength and flexibility. We welcome different body types, abilities, and skill levels.

Straight Outta Savasana

Restorative Yoga will calm and reset your entire body & mind.  Supported resting poses with the aid of props can allow the body to hold passive stretches longer giving us time and space for ourselves, allowing us to just be.  Entire body relaxation can help slow breathing, stills busy thoughts, reduce blood pressure and increase well-being. 90 minutes of self-care is topped off with a delicious piece of chocolate.  This sweet treat contains antioxidants that may increase your heart health. Vax pass class (must show proof of vaccination).

Stephanie Florence, 500RYT

I moved to Boise in 2000 and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the Idaho way of life!  My first yoga class was on a Groupon, I loved the way it made me feel and the sense of calm I felt after a yoga class.  I am naturally a happy person and so are the people who do yoga.  So learning more about it became a goal.  In 2021 I completed my 500-hour RYT through the Shanti Yoga Teacher Training program.  My yoga style is very casual with an easy pace.  I like to keep the mood light with friendly conversation and laughter!
