Studio Rental
Our beautiful locally owned Studio is available for rent. A yoga and dance space in Boise with room for up to 20 people. Two bathrooms, a lounge space, cubbies for personal items and wall hooks for hanging jackets and coats. Plenty of free parking available in a well lite, spacious lot. Per day studio rental fees rates:
- $65 for two-hours (this is the minimum time allowed)
- Covers a one (1) hour class and thirty minutes for set up and thirty minutes for clean up
- $15 for each additional 30 minutes wanted
- Price based on up to 10 participants
- *Rates will be prorated for 11 or more
- Submit requested date(s) four (4) weeks prior to event by email: yflstudio@gmail.com
- Date/Time requested will not interfere with other classes or events
- Will not be scheduled less than one hour after Y4L class end time
- Mats, props and a free standing speaker included
- Signed contract and $50 deposit is required to reserve space (per day)
- Deposit breakdown $25 security/ $25 cleaning
- Cleaning fee is based upon on normal use
- Studio reserves the right to charge for any damage
- Balance is due 72 hours prior to day of use
- Proof of Insurance
- Studio listed as additionally insured
- Deposit is refundable if cancelled one week prior to, or if studio cancels
- Marketing materials (either hard copy/electronic) can posted on studio website and social media
- Studio not responsible for promotions, client engagement or collecting monies on renter’s behalf
- $18 per day a studio ambassador can assist with opening/closing the studio
- $5 per day for use of studio Internet
