Yoga Tune Up®️

Yoga Tune Up® is movement practice to enhance proprioception (body sense),
interception (body feel) so we can move, feel, and live better in our body.
Practitioners will experience self-tissue massage using therapy balls,
stretching and preparatory exercises to harness greatest movement potential,
integrating into Asana practice. The last 15 minutes of the session will be
Pranayama and guided meditation or sound bath to prepare for Savasana.
